This week's Illustration Friday theme is " Blue ". For this topic, I've constructed a few landing page thumbnails for a website called "Blue Oceans". Blue Oceans is an awareness blog, dedicated to saving our oceans. I've sought out inspiration from the following websites:  Truevault ,   Fundera ,   Codecombat ,   Cribspot ,  and  Edupath . Lastly, I have composed a colour scheme that would be used in the website design. The focus was drawn towards blue, considering it was this weeks theme and it affiliates with the ocean theme as wel l.

The theme on hand was " The number 5 ". I've composed a few thumbnail concepts of this theme for this weeks post. Admittedly, I was stumped on how to design a poster for this topic but I sought out some inspiration. I delved a little into Pinterest and took inspiration from my very own designs. I really like the graphic approach of intricate and 3-D esk designs. Dimension and shape are valuable components of an overall composition. Personally, I would take interest in further developing the bottom two thumbnails. The tie on dice is quite drawing to me, and I feel comfortable rendering the worm design, which I draw very often on my own time.
